The story takes places in modern times in a city called Makang, a new city planed on being built. A company was tasked to build the city, but many in the company deemed the city to be a high-risk, low reward project. While others avoid taking it due to it’s nature, a young businessman, Koby, decided to take it on, seeing the full potential that the city can bring.

Before Koby was tasked with building the city, he crossed paths with Duke Ki at an international business conference. Duke Ki, an experienced and influential business duck, immediately recognized the spark in Koby's eyes. Despite his initial scepticism due to Koby's lack of experience, Duke Ki admired Koby's tenacity and decided to mentor him. Their friendship grew over time, and they formed a bond that would later become crucial to the success of the Makang project.
